The ability for any user to see a publicly available Status Page that displays a) current performance of core capabilities (Upload, ID, Price, List, Delist) b) any current known issues that the Engineering team is investigating / resolving c) historic performance of platform to give visibility into continued reliability improvements

It would be beneficial to have a subject line feature for tickets. This would allow us to categorize and quickly locate email responses related to specific topics, enhancing our ability to manage and track communications efficiently.
