Getting really frustrated that my credits are being charged on upload and then the cards disappearing from batches. Lost a couple hundred credits over the last two months and would love to know why. At this point, I must re upload them and use more credits and the value of this software becomes more and more negligible.

Since you restructured pricing, there are no options between 1,100 scans per month and 5,000 scans per month. This coupled with the drastic increase in a la cart scan prices has left me without a viable option. My scans will run out this month, and I will have to find another option.
