This particular issue was to a one-time upgrade where additional queue capacity was added. During that upgrade all services were not performing as expected.

We have taken a corrective action to ensure future upgrades and similar platform level changes happen at periods of minimum demand and with measures in place to ensure continuity of service. Thanks for reporting this common issue.

We are isolating the issue and reviewing with Engineering team. This particular degradation in performance was likely a result of a switch to a more powerful queue management module. The issue is likely resolved. Monitoring for recurrence.
