eBay enforces a minimum listing price of $0.99, but many low‑value cards are realistically worth less and the API will not allow the upload. CollX, however, allows any price, including true‑market values like $0.10, $0.25, or $0.50.
This creates a double‑workflow problem for sellers:
First workflow: set the correct low price and upload to CollX.
Second workflow: bulk reprice those same cards to eBay’s $0.99 minimum and upload again.
This is inefficient for high‑volume sellers and creates unnecessary friction.
Desired behavior:
Allow sellers to enter the true market price once, and have CDP automatically normalize prices upward to meet each marketplace’s minimum requirements during a single upload.
Example:
Seller enters $0.12
CollX receives $0.12
eBay automatically receives $0.99
Shopify or WhatNot receive their respective minimums (if applicable)
This eliminates redundant pricing steps, reduces listing time, and ensures platform‑compliant pricing without manual intervention.
