Degradation of Upload Performance Dec 13 and Dec 14

Multiple users report that when a batch is created and cards are added via Magic Scan that there were significant delays in ID performance.
For normal sized batches (less than 100 cards) the cards show a spinning blue circle for an extended period of time (45m, 1hr, or more, ...).
Delays may have been correlated with higher user activity.
Some users experienced across many batches across many hours.

As of recently deep magic scan doesn't seem to be working. Uploaded card scans from computer and they all uploaded successfully but when it came time for them to be identified in batches it just said processing and didn't do anything
