cards sold on ebay not delisting from collex

I have had two different times that a card sold on ebay and then another customer bought in collex as it was not delisted. The last item that was sold on 8/8 and the customer bought the card on collex on 8/10. I am know going through all sold manually to check if they have sold on either platform

In the last 4-5 months, this has happened to me at least 20-25 times. Maybe more! There needs to be a faster process for this. Also if someone asks for a deal on Collx and I approve it but they do not pay right away, and then someone on eBay buys the card. But it doesn't stop the deal from going through unless I physically go in and remove the listing off Collx
