AI SCANS & PRICING TOOL

They are not even close to accurate! I'm being charged for AI scans that are pulling the wrongs cards, numbers, and paralles! I even upgraded my plan for more AI scans because I do not want to keep looking up each individual card. It doesn't know the differences between a 2026 Topps Chrome baseball card and a Topps 75th Baseball card. Yes, both sets have the same pictures, but clearly each card has a different card number and each one clearly stats if it's Topps Chrome or a 75th. I had to manually change 50 plus cards that I scanned in to the correct set, card number and if was a refractor or not, and it's happened on multiple batches so far. I feel that I should be given some AI credits back for the software not coming even close to the cards that I've uploaded. I'm using the trading card scanner with my Ricoh fi-8170, pricing is also an issue. When the batch gets uploaded and going through each card to make sure the AI picked up the correct set, card number etc..the pricing tool needs attention as well. So many times it has inaccurate pricing, if I go by the AI price tool I'm shooting myself in the foot so many times because I have to manually click on previous sales to manually look up SOLD comps on eBay when CDP is not picking up previous SOLD items in eBay when there is clearly are SOLD COMPS. I can't fully trust the pricing tool when I'm uploading 50 plus card batches at a time to get listing up on my eBay store because I have to check every single cards last sold comp in ebay to make sure I'm not under/over pricing my inventory. Please look into this for all of us so that we can have better work flow, because these issues are slowing me down tremendously. Thank you.

There is no ai, no publicly available ai misses this badly or at all. I'm not sure why they call it that. No ai is involved in these image lookups with how wildly incorrect they are. Gemini and Chatgpt are nearly perfect even on weird stuff.
