Add "Sold On Date" Column, Filtering, and Sorting to Inventory
Title: Add "Sold Date" Column with Sorting and Relative Date Filtering in Inventory
Category: Inventory Management
The Problem:
Currently, the Inventory view only tracks "Date Added" or "Date Modified." When an item is marked as Sold Out, there is no visible Sold Date column, no ability to sort chronologically by when an item sold, and no relative date filters (e.g., Sold older than 30/60 days).
The Use Case / Friction:
To purge zero-quantity cards safely while protecting against late eBay returns or Item Not Received (INR) claims, sellers need to isolate cards sold more than 30 or 45 days ago. Because there is no sortable Sold Date or relative date filter, sellers are forced to click into every single sold card individually to check transaction timestamps—eliminating any efficiency of bulk workflows. I also like to work in existing batches by set so any time I have cards from the same set (or sometimes a group of sets that I want together), I can easily get to where I need to add more cards, adjust pricing, fix a title or description or any other number of after listing changes.
Suggested Solution:
Add a dedicated Sold Date field to the Display Columns toggle.
Enable Ascending/Descending column sorting on Sold Date.
Add a date-range filter for sold items (e.g., Sold: > 30 days ago or custom date span).
